Why do different websites have different prices?
It is both easy and convenient to search for properties on the internet. Any time of the day or night, whether at home or the office, you can look for properties on different websites by browsing photographs, sales conditions, and other details. However, because of the lack of a "Clean Advertisement,'' you might need clarification about the prices. There are three main reasons for different property prices;
The Website is Not Updated
Setting up an online real estate agency to sell properties is relatively easy. Anyone can do this by using an online presence rather than having an office. However, problems arise as they build their portfolio. Lack of expertise and knowledge means that the business does not operate professionally, and important practices are omitted. One such method is keeping the data updated.
Our Solution: At Luxury Estate Turkey, we pride ourselves on our large and professional team within the editing department. It is their responsibility to liaise with the
Construction Company, our Sellers, and Office Managers update the price data the same day as any feedback is received. Indeed the date of updating each property can be seen on our website. In addition, never more than three months go by without us updating all of the data on our properties, whether or not there has been an inquiry.
Currency Rate Calculation
Not all property websites have currency updating programs. In such cases, on the day a property is added, its price in foreign currency must be manually calculated and thereafter does not change. But, as we all know, exchange rates fluctuate and change, so the price is no longer correct over time.
Our Solution: At Luxury Estate Turkey, we publish the same price as announced by the Construction Company. The sale price is often in a different currency, usually the Turkish Lira. Therefore our website system automatically updates. Exchange rates twice a day. These rates are based on the Turkish Central Bank rates.
Bad Business Practice
Unfortunately, some estate agencies use any means necessary to obtain a customer's contact information. They might advertise at inaccurate lower prices, and once they have got an inquiry, offer excuses such as "the property has just sold" or "the price has just increased." This is customer manipulation and bad business practice.
Our Solution: We do not believe in such bad business practices at Luxury Estate Turkey. We believe in "Honesty above all else." Indeed integrity and honesty are the cornerstones of our company.
