Let's start with this briefly, the last transaction with Mrs.Elisabet was for the purchase of a very chic and nice apartment. As a buyer, I was very skeptical at first and said that I wouldn't need the lady and that she had nothing to help me as long as I had a real estate agent, notary, etc. Considering that everything she presented to me regarding the apartment (furnished, equipped, equipped with all kinds of accessories, etc.) will remain in place and I will buy the apartment exactly as I see it, I said in my mind: OK, it the trick of real estate agents today to get you to buy and see their interest and after you finish the papers you wake up with an EMPTY house.
