Some meetings are truly special ✨ Working in real estate isn't just about villas, apartments, and transactions—it’s about people! Our job introduces us to individuals with unique stories, goals, and incredible achievements 😊 Pictured here is Varvara Gracheva, a professional tennis player competing for France on the international stage. Varvara has reached a career-high ranking of No. 39 in the WTA world rankings and, in 2024, advanced to the Round of 16 at Roland Garros—her best-ever Grand Slam result. It is a great honor for us to meet such talented, driven, and remarkable people. And, perhaps, these are the very moments that make us love our work so much. 🤍

Mr. Cengiz Yelken

When a client entrusts us with the sale of their property, our main goal is to make the entire process as smooth, comfortable, and beneficial for them as possible. 🤝 In this case, we found the right buyer, helped both parties navigate the entire transaction process, and were there every step of the way — from consultation to document preparation and completion of the deal. It’s especially rewarding to see our clients successfully resolve their property matters and remain happy with the result! ❤️ If you own property in Turkey and are considering selling or exchanging it, we would be happy to advise you and help find the best solution for your needs.

Mrs. Nelli Keilbach

In the photo — the director of our agency, who assisted in completing the transaction for a wonderful family from Germany. How it happened:The client contacted us with a request to find a seaside apartment for family holidays — a place where children and grandchildren could come and spend time together. ✈️ How the purchase went:The client accepted our invitation and arrived for an info tour (learn more here: https://luxuryestateturkey.com/en/blog/property-viewing-tour-in-turkey-with-luxury-estate-turkey).We заранее prepared a selection of properties based on her request and, within 3 days, showed a wide range of options. On site, she chose an apartment, we immediately fixed the price, signed the contract, and issued a power of attorney to our director. After that, the client calmly flew back home — we took care of all дальнейшие steps. Next time, she will arrive to a fully ready apartment. 🏡 What was purchased:1+1 apartment in Mahmutlar, in a complex by the developer Yekta. A gated community with security, a large swimming pool with aquapark, indoor pool, spa and hammam, gym, billiards, and a children’s playroom. Nearby — shops, cafés, and a park. 💶 Price: €94,000Fully furnished and equipped — no additional investments required. 📍 Why Mahmutlar:A convenient area for living and leisure: developed infrastructure, many cafés and shops, and a comfortable environment for Russian-speaking families and children. We sincerely congratulate you on your purchase! We look forward to meeting you again soon to personally hand over the keys to your beautiful seaside apartment! 🌊🔑

Mr. Marinel and mrs. Daniella

A wonderful family from Moldova came to us on an info tour, trusted our agency — and after just four days of viewings, they chose truly the best option. Now ahead of them are unforgettable holidays, the warm sea, Turkish breakfasts, and most importantly — the feeling that they have their own cozy, lovely home in Alanya. For us, it is always more than just a deal. It’s new connections, new friends, and sincere joy for people who are taking an important step. And we are incredibly lucky — kind, open, and pleasant people reach out to us, and it’s always easy and comfortable to work with them. Thank you for your trust! May your new home be filled with happiness, laughter, and warm family gatherings!

Mrs. Sholpan

Mrs.Sholpan once purchased an apartment through our agency for family holidays and seaside relaxation. When new ideas and plans appeared, and the decision was made to sell the property, she turned to us again — with a request to help complete the sale quickly and professionally. For us, this is a special sign of trust and a true value. We found a buyer and carried out the transaction smoothly and with high quality. Everything went exactly as planned, and this stage was completed easily and with confidence. How wonderful it is when clients come back to us. We are truly lucky — kind, bright, and intelligent people choose to work with us, people with whom communication is easy, cooperation is a pleasure, and relationships naturally remain warm and friendly. And now we are already searching for a new apartment for Mrs. Sholpan - this time in an even hotter country. But that is a completely different story…
