The New Year is a magical, family holiday that unites everyone and offers unforgettable emotions, charges us with kindness and optimism. The New Year is a holiday that miraculously connects the past, present and future, bright dreams and new goals. The New Year is welcomed on the night of December 31 to January 1 — New Year's Eve (from the French: Réveillon, which roughly means "awakening", here with the meaning of feasting at midnight) — with firecrackers and fireworks; relatives, friends and acquaintances are wished good luck and health and are wished "Happy New Year!". People everywhere make wishes on this night and call their friends and relatives. In France the holiday called "le Réveillon" is marked with food luxury, champagne and gifts. In Turkey, gifts are exchanged during a celebration of traditional Turkish food.In Russia, the whole family also gathers at the festive table, they drink champagne under the chiming clock, and then go outside to launch fireworks. The New Year's holiday holds the record for the oldest in the world. The transition to a new year is celebrated differently by the peoples of the world, but it has the same meaning, of a new beginning.
This holiday is celebrated in different ways. But they want the same thing: happiness, luck, health.

New Year's Eve is the most wonderful and magical night of the year. After all, millions of people of different nationalities, in different parts of our planet, do not sleep that night, as usual, but celebrate with their families and loved ones.New Year- the replacement of the old year with the new one.
