Compared with Mahmutlar, where dense high-rise construction dominates the seafront, Avsallar feels less crowded and more resort-oriented. At the same time, the concept of residential complexes is somewhat similar to Kestel, although property prices in Avsallar generally remain lower.
Within the region itself, two segments of housing have formed. Older complexes built around ten to fifteen years ago are usually located closer to the sea and often offer larger apartments. New developments are typically constructed further inland on available land plots and are frequently sold during the construction phase, often with installment plans from developers.

It is also important to confirm the real distance to the beach and whether the complex provides a shuttle service if it is located further inland.
