This sea-view apartment for sale is located in Demirtas, one of the standout complexes in the district closest to Alanya Gazipasa airport. The area sits along a stretch where mountains meet the sea, still largely untouched by the crowds that fill Alanya's more urban, tourist-heavy areas. Traditional local life carries on here too; greenhouse farming, citrus groves and banana cultivation are all still active, giving Demirtaş a texture that's part rural, part coastal.
The beaches themselves are noticeably quieter and clearer than the more popular stretches elsewhere in Alanya, with a mix of fine sand and gravel underfoot. Development along the coast has been kept in balance with preservation rather than overtaking it. Gazipaşa–Alanya Airport is just 20 to 21 kilometres away, around 25 to 30 minutes by car.
Built on a plot of 25,000 m² and completed in 2024, the complex is made up of four residential blocks holding 324 apartments in total, arranged around green space, swimming pools and a wide central courtyard.
That courtyard is really the standout feature. It's been laid out with the feel of a full resort experience, and at its centre sit two large pools side by side, ringed with sun terraces, sunbeds, parasols and poolside cabanas — everything you'd want from a holiday, minus the holiday. A landscaped seating island sits between the two pools. Off to one side, a curved blue water slide feeds into a small children's pool, aimed at kids and playful adults alike, while on the other side, a smaller, shallower pool sits next to a circular pool built purely for lounging.
Palm trees, exotic plants, manicured lawns and walking paths run through the grounds, and the greenery wraps around the base of every building.
Demirtaş's beaches, known for their clear water, are just 800 metres from the complex, and the nearest shopping center is 500 metres away. Central Alanya is 25 km from here, Gazipaşa–Alanya Airport is 22 km, and Antalya International Airport lies 153 km away.
This apartment for sale by owner in Alanya (sahibinden) comes with white goods, PVC double-glazed windows, a video intercom system, an electric water heater, a steel entrance door, fully tiled bathrooms with a shower cabin, built-in kitchen cupboards, spotlights and durable ceramic floor tiles throughout, along with several other features.
