Priced among the most affordable options in the Alanya property market, this apartment for sale is located in Demirtaş, Alanya. Situated approximately 25 kilometres east of the city centre, Demirtaş—formerly known as Sedre—is a peaceful area with a strong connection to nature and a distinct local character, ideal for those looking to escape the crowds and heavy tourist traffic of central Alanya.
Demirtaş offers small markets, greengrocers, and local tradesmen covering everyday essential needs, while a weekly neighbourhood and farmers' market provides access to fresh fruit and vegetables. For more extensive shopping and larger social amenities, residents typically head to central Alanya or nearby neighbourhoods such as Mahmutlar and Kestel.
Toprak Shine Residence consists of two elegant blocks comprising 130 apartments in total, ideally positioned just 900 metres from the sea, 6 km from Mahmutlar centre, 15 km from central Alanya, and 20 km from Gazipaşa Airport — offering residents both a peaceful setting and easy access to the region's key hubs.
The complex is thoughtfully designed to offer residents a resort-style living experience without ever needing to leave home. An outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool provide year-round options for relaxation, while a Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room create a full wellness experience just steps from your front door. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site fitness centre, and families with children can take advantage of a dedicated kids' club designed to keep younger residents entertained.
For social and leisure time, residents can enjoy a games room with a PlayStation, a billiards table, and table tennis, or unwind at the on-site café. Open-air parking is available for residents and guests alike, and the entire complex benefits from 24/7 security along with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises — ensuring both comfort and peace of mind.
This affordably priced apartment in Alanya comes with high-quality materials and modern features, including built-in spotlights, double-glazed windows, sliding doors to the balcony, a fitted kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with fitted furniture and shower cabin, a steel security door, and many more.
