This apartment for sale is in Demirtaş, a district on the eastern side of Alanya, and it is one of the areas that has come into its own on the property market over the past few years, with nature close at hand on every side. Compared with the density and crowds of the centre, the atmosphere here is far quieter, calmer and largely untouched, and green space is taken seriously in the way the area is zoned and built out. The new residential complexes going up in Demirtaş are mostly luxury developments built to a five-star resort concept, so wide landscaped grounds, indoor and outdoor pools with waterfalls, spa areas, tennis courts and cinema rooms come as standard.
Buying an apartment in Demirtaş, Alanya, means starting prices per square metre that stay more competitive than in the central districts, which is what makes the area such an attractive prospect for local and international buyers alike.
Syedra Natura Residence was completed in 2023 on a total site of 4,300 m², and the development is made up of two blocks rising six storeys.
Residents share a swimming pool with a separate children's pool beside it, and the grounds also hold a barbecue area and an open-air playground for younger children. Indoors, there is a fitness centre and a spa area with a sauna and steam room, along with a communal social space and a covered playroom that comes into its own on hot afternoons.
The complex opens onto a lobby entrance, and a security gate with camera coverage controls access to the site, while a generator keeps the building running through any power cuts. Open parking is available for residents' cars.
Inside, this apartment in Alanya comes with double-glazed windows throughout, a video intercom at the entrance and a steel front door, while the floors are laid in marble-effect porcelain tiles and the kitchen is finished with a black stone countertop.
