This luxury apartment for sale is in Palmyra Residence, in Kargıcak, one of the coastal districts that make up Alanya on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. The name itself carries some weight: Palmyra was the ancient city ruled by Queen Zenobia, a figure remembered for taking on Rome itself, and the residence borrows that same sense of ambition for its own setting on the coast.
Kargıcak sits at the eastern edge of Alanya, where the land begins to climb toward the Taurus Mountains, and that rise in elevation is what shapes the area: wide plots, low-rise architecture, and villas and residences built with sea views in mind rather than density. Compared with the busier, more built-up parts of Alanya, Kargıcak moves at a slower pace, drawing buyers who want privacy and genuine greenery without giving up easy access to the coast.
Palmyra Residence is a new development in the heart of Kargıcak, built around the story of the ancient city it's named after and Queen Zenobia, the ruler who once defied Rome from it. That historical thread runs through the architecture itself, a concept that blends cultural reference with a more contemporary, boutique feel, rather than following the usual template for a coastal residence.
Residents have both an outdoor pool and a heated indoor one, along with a separate pool and playground for children. The wellness side runs deep: a Turkish hammam, a sauna, a steam room and a dedicated relaxation zone, backed up by a fitness centre and spa. The lobby and reserved parking cover the practical side, and landscaped gardens with walking paths tie the whole site together.
This resale apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with white goods and air conditioning. Every material has been chosen with care: a reinforced steel entrance door, a video intercom system, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The living room carries a warm, natural atmosphere built around cream and earth tones, while the bedroom introduces a balanced contrast through mustard-yellow textile details. A large mirrored wardrobe reflects the daylight and opens up the space, and a backlit vanity table rounds out the room, both finishing touches to the apartment's understated, quality-driven aesthetic.
