This sea-view villa for sale in Alanya sits east of the city centre in Kargıcak, the area that begins just past Mahmutlar and is known across the region as its elite, prestigious villa district. It is first-class ground, and the crowds thin out here in favour of privacy and open nature, which is why the luxury segment has gathered in this one pocket of the coast.
Everyday needs are covered a few minutes' drive away in central Mahmutlar, where the restaurants, supermarkets and health clinics are, and Gazipaşa Airport lies only 25–30 km from the door, which is a considerable logistical advantage for owners who travel internationally.
The villa is built into the hillside, and that position gives it an uninterrupted view of the sea and the castle from sunrise through to sunset.
Olive Park Villas is a well-run development with a calm atmosphere, and residents live here securely and comfortably. There is an outdoor swimming pool on site for the summer months, and open parking makes everyday routines that much easier to manage.
The setting is green and quiet, well away from city noise, and supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shopping are all still within easy reach for daily needs. Central Alanya and Gazipaşa–Alanya Airport are both straightforward to get to as well, which makes the villa a sound proposition to live in and to invest in.
The villa was built in 2014, and it has been well maintained ever since, so the quality of the original materials still shows, and the house is ready for many more years of comfortable use. Two floors, generous interior volume and airy living spaces give you the full detached-villa experience, and the Mediterranean coast is only 2.5 km away, which is a matter of minutes by car. Close as it is to the sea, summer afternoons on the beach, evenings spent watching the sunset and quick trips into Alanya's social life all become part of the ordinary week.
