This villa for sale in Alanya is located in the lovely district of Konaklı. Rather than being a crowded city center or just a typical hotel resort zone, it offers a real neighborhood feel with its own active commercial street. Situated about 10 to 12 kilometers west of central Alanya, the area experiences a lively atmosphere during the summer. While it gets noticeably quieter in winter, supermarkets, local businesses, and essential services stay open all year round.

You can enjoy a morning walk or a swim at the beach, followed by daytime shopping in the local center, relaxing at cafes, and picking up fresh produce. Moreover, the neighborhood hosts a vibrant street market every Wednesday. Along with this, the main center features a great selection of shops, restaurants, and businesses to meet all everyday needs easily.
