This apartment for sale in Alanya is in Mahmutlar, one of Alanya's most popular and most densely populated neighbourhoods, and it lies about 10–12 km east of the town centre with a pace of its own — closer to a small international district than to a suburb.
A large part of the population in Mahmutlar is foreign and permanent, so Russians, Ukrainians and Eastern Europeans live alongside Swedes, Norwegians and other Scandinavians who moved over for good. Russian and English are heard as often as Turkish on the street, and most shops and services work comfortably in all three languages.
Barbaros Avenue and Atatürk Avenue run through the neighbourhood, and both are lined with restaurants, cafés, chain supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, so there is rarely a reason to drive into central Alanya for anything.
Albimo Loft stands in Mahmutlar on a plot of 7,698 m², and the site is made up of three separate blocks.
The three blocks are arranged around a large outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols set out around it, and there are two more open-air pools beyond that one: a second with a water slide and a shallow pool kept at a safe depth for younger children.
Indoors, residents have a cinema room, a billiards room and table tennis, along with a fitness centre and a full spa area that takes in a Turkish bath, a steam room and a salt room. Outside, the grounds hold a basketball court, a tennis court, gazebos with barbecue areas and two playgrounds, one open-air and one covered, so the children have somewhere to go whatever the weather.
Security cameras record around the clock, and a guard on site controls everyone coming in and out of the complex, and both open and covered parking is available for residents' cars.
Two airports serve the area, and the closer of the two is Gazipaşa–Alanya Airport (GZP) at 29 km, while Antalya International Airport (AYT) lies 139 km away.
Mahmutlar Beach is 600 metres from the complex, so the sea is an easy walk rather than a drive.
Day-to-day errands are just as close. The nearest supermarket is only 300 metres away, and an oral and dental health practice sits at 350 metres. Yekta Mall, one of the most popular shopping centres in Mahmutlar, is 1.2 km from the door, and Akdeniz Park shopping centre is 2.1 km away, along with the farmers' market that sets up there every Saturday.
