Description

Apartment in Alanya with Views of the Sea and Alanya Castle

This apartment for sale in Alanya is located in Mahmutlar, one of the most popular seaside neighborhoods just east of the city center. Positioned between Kestel and Kargıcak, the district stretches right along the Mediterranean, backed by the Taurus Mountains just beyond the residential areas.

Mahmutlar functions as a fully self-sufficient neighborhood, easily ticking all the boxes for year-round living. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. The area features a highly developed local infrastructure, giving you immediate access to supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, schools, banks, cafes, and restaurants. On top of that, the neighborhood is already home to a large and established expatriate community.

Hillside Residence

Spread across a 3,259-square-meter plot, Hillside Residence is a well-planned single-block development. Rising 11 floors, the building features just seven apartments on each level, creating a good sense of community. Positioned about 1,500 meters from the sea, the estate enjoys a slightly elevated setting that keeps you away from the immediate beachfront crowds, while still leaving the water easily accessible.

Inside the grounds, the property is packed with an impressive range of shared spaces. After walking through a welcoming lobby, you step out into beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a dedicated barbecue zone. The wellness and sports facilities easily rival a five-star hotel; residents can switch between the indoor and outdoor pools, hit the on-site tennis court, or unwind in the fitness center, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room. On top of that, families are perfectly catered for, with both indoor and outdoor playgrounds keeping the kids entertained all year round.

The 1+1 apartment is 55 m² and features the following layout:

an open-concept kitchen, a living area, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a balcony

Mrs. Batima

We approached Luxury Estate Turkey on the recommendation of friends and it was the best decision! We wanted to find not just an apartment, but an inspiring place to live and create. Thanks to the agency team, we now have a stunning front line apartment with breathtaking views of the sea, Calais and magical sunsets. It's the perfect space for an artist - every morning starts with inspiration! In addition, we decided to invest in properties in different neighborhoods and Luxury Estate Turkey specialists helped us to find the best options. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and personalized approach. I am especially pleased that they took into account all our wishes, including the neighborhood - now we have great neighbors! Thank you so much for your support every step of the way!

"Hello, I am going to describe this real estate agent, Elisabeta, who rightly is extraordinary, a complete real estate agent in all aspects.... She is a real 007 agent (more like James Boond). I have a some experience in this field, real estate, I founded companies like this, I made documents, contracts, so I know at my advanced age what a good agent is, but honestly, until today I have never met at least one like Elisabeta, she is she's unique, she's exceptional, she's wonderful, she has many qualities and a few more that I assure you no other agents can have. Bravo Elisabeta, CONGRATULATIONS! What are Elisabeta's qualities? Many, many... a higher level of education , innate negotiation skills, outstanding communication skills, he knows how to solve any problem, so he doesn't let you down, so he gets involved until he wins, he is an exceptional team leader, he is a true Leadership, he must be a real estate agent, like Elisabeta. ... Elizabeth is a the absolute professional, whom anyone can love, but she never rests on her laurels, she does everything with passion because she loves what she does. This is the Elizabeth I know, respect and will never forget because she is truly unique."

In the photo — the director of our agency, who assisted in completing the transaction for a wonderful family from Germany. How it happened:The client contacted us with a request to find a seaside apartment for family holidays — a place where children and grandchildren could come and spend time together. ✈️ How the purchase went:The client accepted our invitation and arrived for an info tour (learn more here: https://luxuryestateturkey.com/en/blog/property-viewing-tour-in-turkey-with-luxury-estate-turkey).We заранее prepared a selection of properties based on her request and, within 3 days, showed a wide range of options. On site, she chose an apartment, we immediately fixed the price, signed the contract, and issued a power of attorney to our director. After that, the client calmly flew back home — we took care of all дальнейшие steps. Next time, she will arrive to a fully ready apartment. 🏡 What was purchased:1+1 apartment in Mahmutlar, in a complex by the developer Yekta. A gated community with security, a large swimming pool with aquapark, indoor pool, spa and hammam, gym, billiards, and a children’s playroom. Nearby — shops, cafés, and a park. 💶 Price: €94,000Fully furnished and equipped — no additional investments required. 📍 Why Mahmutlar:A convenient area for living and leisure: developed infrastructure, many cafés and shops, and a comfortable environment for Russian-speaking families and children. We sincerely congratulate you on your purchase! We look forward to meeting you again soon to personally hand over the keys to your beautiful seaside apartment! 🌊🔑

Mrs. Dragana & mr. Darko

We live in Switzerland, where the climate is not very warm, so our family decided to buy a property near the sea, in Alanya, and our friend recommended Luxury Estate Turkey in Mahmutlar, through which he purchased property for himself. We contacted the company, and since we could not come to Turkey at that moment, we asked the employees to pick up some 2 + 1 apartment options for us online. The guys promptly picked up different options for us, and after 2 days we already signed an online purchase agreement, sent a deposit for an apartment through the bank and a few days later the rest of the amount. A few weeks later we were able to come to Alanya, saw our wonderful apartments and designed TAPU. Thanks to Luxury Estate Turkey, our big dream came true. We wish the company prosperity and many customers!!Thank you for everything!!!
