Description

Apartments in the Liva Journey, a luxury hotel-style residence in the Tosmur district of Alanya

Built on a 5,036 m² plot, Liva Journey Residence is a nine-storey single-block complex with 90 apartments, located just 1 km from the seafront in Tosmur, Alanya. Complexes of this scale and style are not commonly found in Tosmur, which makes this residence stand out in the area.

Tosmur is known for its riverside recreation areas, walking paths and green surroundings. These features give the district a cooler and more open atmosphere, even during Alanya’s hot summer months.

When you purchase an apartment in Tosmur, chain supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and local markets are within walking distance. The district is also only a short drive from Alanya city centre and the new administrative and commercial hub in Oba, giving residents easy access to both daily services and key parts of the city.

Liva Journey Residence offers a hotel-style living experience with a wide range of on-site facilities for its residents. The complex includes outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an aquapark, a children’s pool, a fitness centre, a Turkish bath and a sauna. Families also have access to a children’s playroom, an outdoor playground and an indoor games room. The residence is further supported by a barbecue area, landscaped garden, 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, a generator and outdoor parking.

The last three available 1+1 apartments are 55 m² and feature the following layout:

an open-concept kitchen and living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a balcony

All apartments in the residence are north-facing. Each unit is delivered fully equipped and features a corner kitchen unit, ceramic flooring in the living room, and optional laminate flooring in the bedroom.

Mr. Basri & mrs. Sevgi

"We were looking for an apartment in Alanya in internet and started to check one real estate site, we liked that page, because it had many good options of aprtment. It was page Luxury Estate Turkey. We connected with this company by Whatsapp and they sent to us more options according to our wishes. When we came to Alanya, employees this company to met us in the aiport and bring us to hotel. Some days we checked different apartments and after we choose our flat in very quiet and calm Exoudus residence. Team of this company supported us on all issues. We liked service in Luxury Estate Turkey and would like to say all thank you so much for your qualified helping. We recommend your company all our friends in Germany and in other countries."

Mrs. Dana

Friends advised me to invest in real estate in Turkey and I followed this recommendation. I found friends who live in Turkey, who advised me to contact Luxury Estate Turkey, whose employees gave me an online presentation of several projects via Whatsapp, after that they went to the construction sites of the proposed projects and showed the territory of future complexes on video. Then the manager sent I additionally received all the information on Whatsapp, I studied everything in detail, chose the project and executed the contract - online. A month later, I flew in for a few days and saw everything with my own eyes. In my opinion, the purchase of a project is very comfortable, since you can not fly in until the end of construction, you don’t need to incur additional costs, any project under construction has an interest-free installment plan from the developer, and you can make some changes to the layout of the apartments or order some additional details, such as installing underfloor heating or laminate, etc. The staff of Luxury Estate Turkey provided me with qualified assistance, quickly and clearly completed the online transaction, for which I am very grateful to them! ! I recommend this company to everyone! Good luck in everything, many clients and prosperity!!

Mr. Albert & mrs.Dinara

We approached Luxury Estate Turkey through our friends to buy a 3+1 apartment in Kargıcak. But the agency suggested us to consider Obu, and it was the best solution! We moved here with our three children and now we are very happy that we chose this neighborhood. In the center of Alanya the children attend various courses, and the school near the house makes our life even more convenient. We have made a lot of new friends in the complex and have also invested in a few apartments in the center, so we have some extra income. We especially appreciate that we not only found a home here, but also made real friends in the person of the Luxury Estate Turkey team. We now meet often, spend time together, go out, visit restaurants and just enjoy life. Thank you for your support, care and quality service!

Mrs. Janette
