Riverside Resort is a well-established residential complex in Tosmur, Alanya. Built on a 12,248 m² plot, the project consists of four nine-storey blocks surrounded by landscaped gardens, shared leisure areas, and sports facilities. The complex is within a short walk of Tosmur centre and around five minutes from the beach.
Completed in 2007, Riverside Resort has a layout built around open communal spaces. The main pool area sits at the heart of the complex and includes a large outdoor swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, and a water slide. Sunbathing areas, palm trees, shaded seating corners, and a pool bar create an active outdoor setting for residents during the warmer months. The pool bar also has an indoor seating area with air conditioning.
The northern part of the site includes a tennis court and a multi-purpose sports court. Walking paths run between the residential blocks, garden areas, playground, and social spaces. The children’s playground is equipped with slides, swings, and climbing frames, while the green areas include open lawns and a central gazebo.
Indoor facilities include a fitness centre with cardio equipment and a boxing area. There is also a clubhouse-style social room with table tennis and billiards.
For daily use, the complex offers a mini-market, barbecue area, optional home cleaning service, dedicated parking, and 24/7 security. The entrance areas are accessible by ramps, and each block has elevators and green-railed staircases.
Tosmur is a lived-in district of Alanya with shops, markets, cafés, and local services close to the complex. The centre of Tosmur is about two minutes away on foot, while the Mediterranean Sea can be reached in around five minutes. Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport is approximately 35 minutes away by car. The area is also close to the Dim River and natural green surroundings.
Positioned on the fifth floor, this triple-aspect property benefits from North, South, and East exposures, ensuring consistent natural light throughout the day. The open-plan living area connects to an offset kitchen fitted with substantial cabinetry and premium white goods. From the main living space, a private balcony provides a combined outlook over the surrounding mountains, the communal swimming pool, and the streetscape.
The internal hallway grants access to two distinct bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. A central bathroom services the property, featuring a modern shower cabin and contemporary fixtures.
This apartment is offered as a complete, turnkey investment. The inventory includes brand-new, completely unused furniture, installed air-conditioning units, and a full suite of household appliances.
