Demirtaş is one of the areas on Alanya’s eastern side that stands out for its quieter setting, more open layout, and closer connection to nature. The lower building density, more spacious residential structure, and steadier pace of daily life give the area a character of its own. Recent road and resurfacing works have also shown that Demirtaş is not simply a quiet coastal neighbourhood, but a part of Alanya with a developing centre, a growing local shopping street, and a more established everyday rhythm.
One of the main reasons buyers are drawn to Demirtaş is that it offers a calmer and less crowded setting than Mahmutlar or central Alanya. Public amenities such as the cultural centre, library, and computer room also support daily life in a practical way. At the same time, the work being carried out along the Demirtaş coastline to protect the natural environment reinforces the area’s closer relationship with nature and its quieter identity. Its convenient access to Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport also makes Demirtaş more appealing, particularly for buyers coming from outside the area or from abroad.
The apartment offers a practical layout, with a spacious living room combined with an open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. Offered for sale unfurnished, it gives buyers the flexibility to furnish and arrange the interior to suit their own taste. Suitable both for residential use and investment, it stands out as an appealing option for those looking for an affordable property in Alanya.
The complex is scheduled for completion in October 2025 and is located approximately 2 km from the beach. On-site facilities include a basketball court, football pitch, tennis court, children’s playground, children’s pool, landscaped outdoor areas and gardens, a pavilion, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, massage room, and fitness centre. The project also offers covered parking, a generator, electric water heater, caretaker service, and suitability for a residence permit, all of which add to its overall appeal.
