If you are looking for property in Alanya that gives you peace without losing touch with the city, Kestel is one of the best places to consider. It lies just east of the center, where quiet sandy beaches meet modern apartment complexes, creating a simple and comfortable daily life.
This sea view apartment for sale in Alanya sits only 50 meters from the beach. From the balcony and windows, you don’t just see the horizon — you watch the sea in motion. In summer, the coastline comes alive with colorful umbrellas, families enjoying the sand, and even paragliders gliding across the sky above the water. The view stretches all the way to Alanya Castle, adding a historic silhouette to the blue of the sea.
At the same time, the city center is close enough to make daily life easy. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a short ride away, so you can step into the buzz of Alanya whenever you want, then return to the quiet of Kestel when it’s time to rest. It’s a home that offers both a holiday feeling and the practicality of city living.
This sea view apartment offers 160 m² of living space across four rooms, designed with both comfort and style in mind. It features three full-sized bedrooms and a wide open-plan living room with kitchen, giving plenty of space for family and guests. A private jacuzzi adds a touch of everyday luxury.
The open-plan living area combines function with elegance. White lacquered cabinets pair with a black mosaic backsplash for contrast, while white leather sofas and crystal chandeliers create a modern, refined look. Large windows open directly to the sea view, turning daily life into something special.
Placed to face the water, the minimalist white dining table makes even a casual meal feel like an occasion, with the sea as your backdrop.
A spacious outdoor area furnished with red chairs, framed by palm trees and the sea view. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxed evening dinners, or gathering with friends.
Each of the three bedrooms is full-sized and styled with a distinct character. One in soft pink tones creates a romantic mood, another with turquoise patterns adds vibrancy, while the third stays neutral and airy for flexibility.
Bright surfaces, neutral palettes, and the private jacuzzi make this property stand out among homes in Alanya. It combines premium design with a seaside location, making it equally suitable as a permanent residence or a high-value investment.
