After the excavated foundation area was filled with rock fragments, it was compacted using a bulldozer and roller; subsequently, a 140 cm foundation wall was constructed, and a double-layer waterproofing and drainage system was installed. After the foundation’s load-bearing system was constructed using 18 mm rebar, the foundation was reinforced with a 120 cm concrete pour. The foundation retaining walls were waterproofed using a liquid membrane, and additional protection was provided with 4 cm of polystyrene foam.
