When most people think of Tosmur, they immediately picture Dimçayı — the famous mountain river where locals and tourists escape the summer heat. It’s true: here you can spend the day walking in nature, then cool off by diving into icy waters, or enjoy traditional food at riverside restaurants. But Tosmur is more than just nature. It’s compact, walkable, and practical. Supermarkets, butchers, and weekly Thursday markets make daily life easy, while family-owned restaurants serve local dishes with a warm, personal touch. And if you want more variety, Oba, Kestel, and Cikcilli are just around the corner.
Inside the newly built Velux Residence (2024), this apartment for sale in Alanya offers 60 m² of well-planned living space. With two rooms — one bedroom and one living room with open kitchen — it suits modern lifestyles where function meets comfort.
Atmosphere: Large-format white marble-effect tiles cover the floors, instantly making the apartment brighter and more spacious. Neutral-colored walls keep things fresh and airy, while natural light floods the rooms.
Living & Kitchen: The kitchen uses clean white and grey tones, glossy cabinets, and built-in appliances. Handle-free doors and flat surfaces reflect a minimalist, Scandinavian influence. The living area continues the same line with a sleek white TV unit and a simple dining table.
Furniture Choices: Dark grey tones dominate the sofa, headboard, curtains, and chairs — adding a sharp, stylish contrast against the bright base. It feels like a “ready-to-move-in” space, neutral and sophisticated, awaiting the new owner’s personal touches.
Bedroom: The bedroom carries the same modern-minimalist style. A padded headboard gives a modern-classic twist, while mirrored wardrobes and glossy surfaces keep the look fresh and contemporary.
From the balcony, the views are unmistakably Alanya: the illuminated Castle at night, city rooftops, and the surrounding mountains.
Velux Residence provides facilities on the level of a boutique resort:
Outdoor pool & children’s pool
Fitness center, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi
Landscaped green area & barbecue space
Children’s park and children’s room
Door security & 24/7 camera system

Cable TV-satellite infrastructure
Investors: Its neutral style and compact layout make it highly attractive for both short- and long-term rentals.
Young couples or digital nomads: Modern facilities, minimalist design, and a lively yet calm neighborhood.
Lifestyle buyers: Anyone looking for a manageable, stylish base in Alanya, close to the beach but with mountain and castle views.
